U.S. President-elect Donald Trump's Republicans on Tuesday inched closer to winning a majority in the House of Representatives and with it full control of Congress, which would give Trump power to advance his agenda when he returns to the White House in January.

Republicans are four seats from keeping their razor-thin majority in the House of Representatives, but Democrats are leading in five undecided Southern California races. GOP has 214 of the 218 seats they need for a majority in the House,
