Rebecca Ferguson hopes to finish the "whole story" of "Silo" in four seasons and reveals what it was like working entirely with just Steve Zahn in Season 2.

After what felt like an interminable wait, Silo viewers finally got to see what awaited Rebecca Ferguson's Juliette after she escaped last season.

Steve Zahn is set to play an undisclosed role in Season 2 of Silo. Although not much has been revealed about his character, it looks like he’s bound to change the way the Deep Down works as he crosses paths with Juliette. Zahn is best known for his performances as Cobi in Mad Dogs and most notably Mark Mossbacher in Season 1 of The White Lotus.

S ilo‘s first season set up a complex story about human survivors who were being lied to and gaslit by the leaders they chose. In a way, creator Graham Yost gaslit the viewers:

Instead, thanks to an extra-secure spacesuit, Juliette was able to keep walking out of the crater where the silo was buried and into an open field, where she found a dozen or so other craters, each with their own silos.

The Silo season 2 premiere picks up off the back of that shocking and twisty season 1 finale. We see Juliette figure out things now that she is outside of Silo 18. Where does she get to call home next?

Silo is all vibes, all the time, and none of them are good. This was true of the first season and remains true of Season 2, Episode 1 of which, “The Engineer”, has a sense of creeping dread to it all throughout.
