Nashville's district attorney secretly recorded defense attorneys, colleagues and other visitors without their knowledge, according to an investigation's findings released Wednesday. In a scathing report,

The Tennessee Comptroller’s Office and Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) are looking into allegations of government employees surveilling and monitoring audio and video recordings of criminal defense attorneys without their consent. The report says office employees, other building tenants, and visitors were also recorded without knowing.
