Jay-Z's Roc Nation has unveiled a $15 million grant program for the NYC community surrounding the Caesars Palace Times Square casino bid.

JAY-Z and Roc-Nation are offering the surrounding Times Square area an initial $15 million as part of a $250 million package.

New York City’s Hell’s Kitchen and surrounding area will directly benefit upon bid approval, according to Roc Nation’s official statement.
