Foreigner vocalist Lou Gramm revealed that the band's Rock and Roll Hall of Fame experience felt like someone was pulling a "fast one" on them.

Lou Gramm has offered details on his decision to leave Foreigner. It was 2003 when Gramm, the group’s founding vocalist who was then in his second go-round with the band, decided to quit for good. During a conversation with SiriusXM’s Classic Rewind,

Gramm wasn’t the only one annoyed by the decision. The band’s original drummer, Dennis Elliott, did not attend the ceremony. Originally it was rumored that was because spouses were not allowed to walk the red carpet before the show, but LouderSounds said Elliott had discovered that he and other founding members couldn’t perform.
